The Lime Truck is a two-time Food Network champion bringing California-Mexican catering to San Diego. Founded in Irvine in 2010 by chef Daniel Shemtob, we won The Great Food Truck Race Season 2 in 2011 and returned to win the All-Stars champions edition in 2021. Our San Diego location at 4637 Market St serves the greater San Diego area with award-winning food truck catering for weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, and large gatherings. Every menu is made from scratch with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and zero seed oils. We comfortably handle events from 50 to 500+ guests with custom menus that accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free guests without sacrificing flavor. Open 24/7.
